No experience is needed. Our classes are designed for all levels, from complete beginners to experienced athletes. Coaches will guide you through proper technique and help you progress at your own pace.
We offer Bantam Boxing for kids aged 8-11, Youth Boxing for teens aged 12-18 and Elite Boxing for all adults. All experience levels are welcomed.
We strongly advise to bring your own equipment, gloves and handwraps. We will have some loaner gear but it will not always be available.
We offer flexible membership options based on how often you want to train on a monthly basis. All memberships are true month-to-month, no auto-renewal or charges, and no contract or long term commitment. Memberships are due the 1st of every month and you are billed on your first check-in at the gym. No confusion, no surprises, everything transparent.
Members do not need to book to attend class. Just come on in and check-in at the desk for class. Anyone looking to participate in their First Free Class MUST book online.
Bring comfortable athletic clothing, water, and boxing gloves if you have them. Hand wraps are also recommended for boxing sessions.
Yes. Boxing improves strength, endurance, coordination, and confidence. It’s also a great way to relieve stress and stay consistent with your fitness goals.
Based on your membership, if you miss a class for your month sessions can rollover into the following month so you can make it up. Rollover class credits expire after one month from the rollover.
Yes, we offer a free trial class so you can experience the gym, meet the coaches, and see if it’s the right fit for you before committing to a membership. You must schedule your first free class in advance. You must also participate in our Prep session prior to your first class so you can get a one-on-one crash course with one of our coaches so you can jump into class with confidence.
All of our coaches are USA Boxing certified. All of our coaches have extensive years of experience in training and competition in combat sports.
Our head coach is a Bronze level USA Boxing coach as well as having previous certifications as a CSCS (Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist) serving athletes and amateur boxers all over Fairfield County.
No. Sparring is optional and only introduced when you are ready. Beginners focus on fundamentals like stance, movement, and combinations first. Sparring will always take place with at least one coach supervising at all times.
Yes. Our environment is supportive and structured to help beginners feel comfortable while still challenging more advanced members.
Our classes run for 60 minutes.
You may discontinue your membership at any time. In order to cancel you can request online through the member portal and our staff will cancel upon the request.
